The Crescent Spring is a geological wonder located about six kilometers south of Dunhuang City, in Gansu Province, northwestern China. Named for its distinctive crescent-moon shape, the spring stretches roughly 200 meters in length and 50 meters in width. This rare oasis, nestled in the heart of the Gobi Desert, has endured for thousands of years—remarkably never drying up. It stands as a true testament to nature’s marvel and resilience.
