Amy Winehouse was an English singer and songwriter, being known for her deep, husky, soulful voice and her eclectic mix of musical genres. At the 50th Grammy Awards in 2008, she won five awards, becoming the first British woman to win five Grammys. Unfortunately she died of alcohol poisoning in 2011 at the age of 26.
