First Love (1999)

When I was a kid, this Japanese song was my absolute favorite. I have fond memories of singing it all night long and having a wonderful time. Back then, Japanese was the 2nd most popular foreign language for Chinese children, after English. However, nowadays it seems that French or German has surpassed it in popularity. Time truly does bring about changes.

어렸을 때 내가 가장 좋아했던 일본 노래였어. 밤새도록 목이 아프게 불렀던 추억이 떠오르네. 그때만 해도 중국 아이들의 제2외국어는 일본어였는데 지금은 프랑스어, 독일어래. 시대에 따른 변화가 참 많이 느껴진다.
