Iran FM Says Country Is Ready for Any U.S. Invasion
Iran has been at a disadvantage not only because of outside enemies, but also because of problems from within. If a country can put its internal conflicts aside, stay united, and put national interests first, it becomes much harder for outside forces to defeat it. In China, there is an old saying: “You don’t need to fear an enemy as powerful as a god; what you should fear is a teammate as useless as a pig.” (*This can also apply to both work and family life. ) I hope the Iranian people can come together and get through this difficult time.
Just a side note, this Iranian gentleman carries himself with such calm confidence that he comes across as remarkably charismatic. That only makes the contrast with the frantic bald eagle even more striking.
이란이 어려운 상황에 처한 것은 단지 외부의 적들 때문만이 아니라, 내부적인 문제 역시 큰 원인이라고 생각합니다. 한 나라가 내부 갈등을 내려놓고 하나로 단결해 국익을 최우선에 둘 수 있다면, 외부 세력이 쉽게 흔들거나 무너뜨리기는 훨씬 어려워집니다. 중국에는 이런 속담이 있습니다. “신 같은 강한 적은 두려울 것이 없지만, 돼지 같은 무능한 아군은 더 무섭다.” (이 말은 회사생활이나 가정생활에도 충분히 적용될 수 있죠. ㅋㅋㅋ) 이번에 이란 국민들이 힘을 모아 이 어려운 시기를 잘 이겨내기를 바랍니다.
그나저나 이 이란 아저씨는 차분하고 여유로운 태도만으로도 상당한 카리스마를 풍깁니다. 그래서 흥분해 날뛰는 대머리 독수리와의 대비가 더욱 인상적이네요.

After traveling to so many countries, the two places that really stood out to me for having strikingly attractive people everywhere were Russia and Iran.
